Earlier this week, the Schenectady Council voted against holding a Public Hearing on adopting Good Cause Eviction protections. The version introduced is exactly what tenants need, which is why landlords are fighting it so intently! On July 28, we need to pack the house with tenants that are willing to share their story and demand Good Cause! They denied us a Public Hearing, so we’ll take over the Public Comment section and make it a tenant speak out! Bring a neighbor, and let’s win Good Cause together!
