In July & August, we announced our Annual Event awardees, uplifted the launch of The Knick chapter of the Stratus Tenant Union, thanked Sen. Patricia Fahy for her grant to UTA, provided an update on the Hippie Hotel Tenant Union’s latest action, shared news about the Common Council Housing & Community Development Committee hearing re: the Thurlow Terrace Tenant Union, appreciated a significant donation from a grassroots group called 100 Women Who Care, acknowledged the latest Hinckel United Tenant Union card drive results, and celebrated the results of a Drake Manor / Idlewild Terrace Tenant Union action 🙂
